Payment InformationBilling name, address, and email collected by our payment processor (Intuit QuickBooks). We do not store credit card or banking details directly.
CommunicationsRecords of emails, messages, scheduled calls, and any correspondence with our team.
Information Generated Through Use
Calculated Diagnostic DataYour computed Growth Score (0–100), score tier, primary diagnosis, and identified weakest pillars — generated automatically from your quiz responses.
Engagement RecordsNotes from strategy calls, working sessions, custom deliverables, project files, and progress tracking related to your engagement.
Information Collected Automatically
Device & BrowserIP address, browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language preferences, and referring URL.

07Data Retention

Diagnostic submissions: Retained indefinitely in our CRM for relationship continuity and to track historical practice growth, unless you request deletion
Engagement records: Retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven (7) years thereafter, in compliance with Canadian business and tax record requirements
Payment records: Retained for seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes (Canada Revenue Agency requirement)
Email subscription data: Retained until you unsubscribe; we honour unsubscribe requests promptly
Site analytics: Retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings (typically 14 months)
After the applicable retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymize the information.
08Your Privacy Rights
